Possessives

Possessives:

A possessive is a word that shows that a certain thing or person belongs to somebody or something. The word my, your, his, her, its, our, their are possessives. They are also called possessives They are also called possessive adjectives because they are placed before nouns and act as adjectives or quality words. The possessives always refer to the possessor.
